RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Per our policy agreed to at checkout, we accept approved returns, of unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (WLG E-Gift Card) within 10 days from the date your order shipped.
Please reach out via email to email@example.com, and explain the reason for the return.
Customer is fully responsible for return shipping charges unless a shipping mistake has been made on our end.
Shipping for the initial order will be deducted from the gift card issued.
SALE/ CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE.
Friendly reminder that WLG is a small business with a stern commitment to ethical production. Our products are hand crafted by local artisans, not mass produced. The majority of our fabric comes from small mills, not factories.
It is for this reason that we encourage you to follow our recommended pairings when choosing textiles and following our styling suggestions. If you're still unsure if a textile will work with your decor, I strongly encourage you to first purchase a fabric swatch (fabric swatches are unavailable for vintage grain sack textiles, as they are 100% antique and sell through quickly). We understand that, still, sometimes textiles don't quite "go", and that is why we offer a return policy.
WLG reserves the right to refuse orders from customers demonstrating an abuse of our exchange policy.
A failure to abide by our user agreements will result in a refusal to accept orders.
