Per our policy agreed to at checkout, we accept approved exchanges on our covers, within 10 days upon receipt.  Please reach out via email to, and explain the reason for the exchange. 

Once we receive your exchange, please let us know what you would like to exchange your order for.

Understand that many of our styles tend to sell out quickly. We make every effort to restock our site as quickly as possible, but please remember, we are not a big box store and we do not outsource production to factories or overseas. We have a commitment to ethical production, and ethical production takes time. 

You are welcome to exchange your order for a style in stock, or you may wait for a style to be restocked.

Customer is fully responsible for return shipping charges unless a shipping mistake has been made on my end.

All items must be returned in original and unused/unwashed condition, otherwise a refund/replacement will not be issued.

Please be sure to review the details of our products before ordering. 

WLG will not send out replacement covers until the exchange has been received.
